Does anyone work at Psystar? Psystar review
Hmmmmmm.... Does anyone work at Psystar?,I do not know what kind of problems you are having with my creditcard company, but I hope they do not call me and ask what the hell is going on, I keep emailing and calling but know one wants to talk. Is this how you provide service, by never answering or dealing with customers, do I have to get you to notice my complaints through blogs, forums and the like?
"Open Pro" to use as a non functioning desktop brick. Hmmmm.......
So, it is going on two months and no support, no computer, what now?
It is a shame no one returns my phone calls or responds to my emails, would you consider taking this non working $2k brick back? Maybe you could try to communicate with me. Maybe you could tell me how to get it running. But, no, you will just send me some auto reply and I will just continue posting my dilemma with Psystar across the web. On tech boards, blogs, forums till I have to seek legal action to try and get back every penny paid to you. Hmmm, maybe that would motivate you to communicate with me, maybe not, that would be your choice. Now that I am thinking about this, I believe that someone low on the pecking order has not let the company know about my case, hmmm, maybe thats it, why else would Psystar avoid a customer that puchased an "Open Pro" to use as a non functioning desktop brick. Hmmmm.......

Psystar Open Pro, 3 year warranty, if they feel like it.
Well Psystar promises a lot, but they do not deliver. After they held my computer hostage and did not reply to my many emails and phone calls, I stopped payment on what they were charging me for, by the way it was faulty equipment they gave me in the first place (more details on that later). So, I get the machine back after threatening them with legal action. The Open Pro will not work properly, shuts down, does not save files. Then I install an update thinking that will fix it. Now it does not work at all. I call and email Psystar support and they tell me they cannot give me any support as my account is frozen. Hmmmm, hmmmm, that is all they will say, meanwhile I am without my Open Pro for 1.5 months, yes, I guess that is what people would expect when you try and save a few bucks. Now many important files are out of my reach, thousands in lost productivity all because there is no service for this product.
